Four years ago, I made a leap that changed everything. After more than two decades in the heart of New York City—a place that both challenged and inspired me—I traded skyscrapers for swaying palms, and the relentless city rhythm for the soothing sounds of the Pacific. NYC taught me resilience, fueled my passion for hospitality, and gave me countless opportunities to create unforgettable moments for guests from around the world. It was there that I discovered my calling: not just to serve, but to connect, solve, and share.

My journey led me to the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or, the Board of Directors for the New York City Association of Concierges, and a host of panels, committees and fundraising adventures. Through it all, I was driven by a simple desire: to learn and to share that knowledge—whether with visitors eager to discover the city or with colleagues striving for excellence.
